Q: How can I be sure my order was successful?
A: If you receive
a confirmation email then your
order was successful. If you
did not receive a confirmation
email please contact us at
support@boxbuyonline.com, or

confirm.
Q: What is the quality of your boxes?
A: Our boxes are the same quality as your professional mover or local moving supply store. The shipping and moving boxes are rated at 32ECT (Edge Crush Test), or 200 lbs test and hold approximately 65 lbs. Our heavy-duty boxes, and certain moving boxes (stated on each item that applies), are double walled and rated at 44ECT, or 275lb test and hold approximately 95 lbs.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A:
Please contact
us as soon as
possible. Hopefully
the order has
not left our
warehouse and
we can cancel
it for a full
refund. If the
order has been
shipped you can
refuse the package
and upon receiving
the order back
at our warehouse
we will refund
the charges less
shipping cost.
Q: Can I change my order after I complete it?
A: Yes, please contact us immediately and we can add or delete items from your order. If the order has been shipped you will need to place another order to purchase additional items.
